Structure of Fiberglass Plywood Composites

Fiberglass plywood is a composite material made of FRP sheets and plywood bonded together. Its upper and lower skins are made of fiberglass, with a middle layer of plywood core. This sandwich panel has the advantages of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and weather resistance, and can be cut and used like ordinary plywood. Traditional plywood is made of multiple layers of thin wood veneers stacked in an interlaced manner. Although it maximizes the use of wood, it has low strength, poor water resistance, and is easy to rot. By bonding a layer of FRP on the surface, its durability and water resistance are effectively improved.
